1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Homonaut Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data of users (“you”, “users”) of the Chiromant application and website (the “Service”).

We build digital self-discovery tools based on symbolic patterns of the hand. Interpretations are generated by AI models inspired by Eastern and Western palmistry traditions and are intended for self-reflection and entertainment only.

Depending on your location, our processing of personal data may be subject to applicable data protection laws (for example, the EU/EEA GDPR, UK GDPR, or local privacy regulations).

When you delete your account we remove associated hand images and readings from our active systems and delete them from backups within 30 days, or another period specified in our internal backup policy.

• right to rectification (correction) of inaccurate data;
• right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”);
• right to restrict or object to certain processing;
