How to photograph your palm for a reading
A line is read by where it starts and where it ends. So the whole palm has to be in the frame: the base of the fingers, the edge by the thumb and the wrist. The fingertips can be cut off.
Photograph each hand separately, palm open, fingers slightly apart.

Light
Daylight from a window, falling from the side, works best. A flash leaves a bright spot in the middle of the palm, and that is exactly where the head line disappears. Hard shadows from the fingers hide the start of the heart line.
Hold your hand over a plain dark background. Do not trace the lines with a pen: the photo will then show your hints rather than the lines themselves.
Both hands the same way
Photograph both hands one after the other, from the same distance and in the same light. Hold the phone straight above the palm: a photo taken at an angle distorts the lines.
If you can barely see a line on your phone screen, take the photo again.
